Yoga: What lies ahead. Getting FIT where you SIT

We bring you a holistic program that encompasses all the benefits of traditional yoga. Chair yoga offers a safe and controlled approach to increased wellness and therapeutic participation, resulting in improvement patterns. Enjoy a yoga practice not limited by pain or past injury by participating in chair yoga. This type of yoga is for those who would like a mostly sitting practice of yoga stretches, breath work and meditation introduction. We incorporate standing and balancing poses, but with a cheer to hold onto. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of your body, allowing you to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health potential.
